I am a qualified and highly experienced lash tech and trainer based in Auckland. I am certified since 2016.

As your Lash Tech, the health of your natural lashes is important to me, so with my lash extensions, you can be assured that they will be done properly. That means, there will not be any pain or damage to you natural lashes. And no crazy stinging either!
I am highly experienced and flexible, so if you show me a pic of what you like, I can do my best to make it happen for you.

As your Lash Extensions Course Trainer, I am committed to teaching you the best lash application techniques and support you as long as you need to master your lashing skills. My many years in the industry means I have the experience to guide you and teach you to be the best! It also helps that I have a background in teaching at University so you know you'll get the best teacher.

Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy:
$40 deposit is required for all appointment bookings. This deposit must be paid before the start time of the appointment. You are entitled to change the serviced you selected at any time, including at the appointment. You will need to pay any extra amount at the appointment if the service price is higher than the original, or, you will be entitled to a refund of the difference if the service price is lower than the original.

Cancellation Policy:
You are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime before the day of your appointment and get a full refund of any payment you have made, including the deposit. If you cancel, reschedule or simply not come to an appointment on the day, you will be entitled to a refund of any payments made except the $40 deposit.

During busy periods, you may be asked to confirm your attendance on the day of the appointment, via text message . If you do not confirm any time up to one hour before the start time of the appointment, it may be given to someone else waiting for a cancellation. In the case that you do not confirm and your appointment is given to someone else, it will be deemed a No Show and you will not be entitled to a refund of the $40 deposit

Refunds:
All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Paypal payments will be refunded through Paypal, AfterPay payments will be refunded through AfterPay and cash payments will be refunded in cash. Any refund will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation.

​Dissatisfaction & retention issues:
In the case that a significant amount of the extensions fall out within the first seven days, you will be entitled to ONE free infill, under the condition that you make contact and book the free infill within the first seven days after the original treatment. *the lash artist withholds the right to determine if the fall out is deemed as 'significant' and if the client is entitled to a free infill. No refunds will be issued.
Dissatisfied clients will only be entitled to a full refund if you decide you are dissatisfied with the treatment before you leave the appointment and a full removal is carried out before you go.

Late fee:
You will be charged an extra $20 late fee f you are over 20 minutes late fee if you arrive after 20 minutes past your appointment start time. If you are over 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and counted as a No Show. This means, you will be entitled to a refund of any payment you have made except the $40 deposit.

Infill charges:
Infills start at half price but can go up to full price depending on how much work needs to be done. The cost of an infill will be determined at the appointment after an assessment and removal of overgrown extensions. there is no set time for infills but after two weeks is recommended.

Allergies disclaimer*
There is always a chance that you may develop an allergic reaction to the glue or products used at any time. Even if you have had extensions before without and allergies, you can still develop an allergy at any time. If you have had an allergic reaction in the past to another artist's products, you can be allergic to all other glues and extension products.
You are entitled to request a free "patch test" 24 hours before your treatment, to ensure whether or not you might develop any allergic reactions.
No refunds will be issued if you have an allergic reaction to any of the products used.
